Designing and delivering functional purpose-built animal solutions is a real passion. Our love for our pets drives our ambition to help provide functional small veterinary practices to larger animal hospitals.

Intentionally, we design functional stress-free calm environments to help alleviate pet and owner anxieties. Consultation
To help ensure our team understands your vision, a consultation with our project coordinator is the first step in the process. This is where you can detail any specific wants or requirements and talk to our team about your veterinary practice’s needs. 2
Planning and Location Analysis
Next, our specialists will conduct a site visit to scope out your veterinary clinic or site, and gain a better understanding of your specific needs. Whether it is a simple vet fitout or a Vet Hospital Construction our staff know what to look for to ensure your project will be a success. Design and Layout
Next, our team will begin working on the blueprint of your design. We have a wealth of knowledge and use intelligent design solutions for your vet construction & fitout. We ensure that we deign space that is functional and will meet your current and future needs. We also have an in-house interior design team, who can advise on the visual aspects of your project whom will only call up sensible animal hospital furniture, enuring it is fit for purpose. Construction and Handover
Once your design has been signed off, construction will begin. Our team is experienced in working at veterinary practices and with staff, including while a practice is still operational. Our considerate approach, including modified hours, means you can continue providing care with little to no disruption. We’ll ensure all council and building requirements are met, and your practice will surpass regulation.

03. Veterinary Construction, Vet Fitout - Project Delivery
During the delivery phase, our Veterinary Project Management team and site staff will quickly become familiar faces – daily, you will see the same project manager and site staff. Real relationships are built as we will work closely with you on a daily basis.
The delivery of your Veterinary construction and fitout will move along smoothly as progress payments will fall in line with the payment schedule as detailed in the signed fixed price contract. There are no surprises. Our specialist in-house trades understand requirements for small veterinary practices to larger animal hospitals.

04. Handover – Veterinary Construction, Veterinary Fitout
Soon enough the hand over phase is reached. Your Veterinary practice dream has now become your reality. You can start attending to animal healthcare in your custom designed veterinary clinic. At this point we provide full warranty handover documents. But we do not merely walk away – we provide help throughout the warranty period and we will sort any issues and concerns while you treat our ill and injured pets.
