42yrs at the helm, Neale’s attention to detail and exceptional customer service has enabled Clinics by Design to be one of Australia’s most trusted building and construction companies.  As a qualified carpernter and registered builder Neale’s knowledge of building regulations, design and construction has Clinics by Design at the forefront for delivering high quality and innovative Healthcare solutions. Outside the office, Neale’s love for horseracing sees him attending the big races in November.

Kostas is a registered architect with a postgraduate degree in Construction Management and broad experience in design and project delivery across Europe and Australia. Since joining Clinics by Design in 2016, he has overseen permits, contracts, and construction processes with a strong commitment to quality and timely delivery. Outside of work, Kostas enjoys travelling, performing with an amateur theatre group, and producing programs for Greek community radio.

Managing all the design and documentation, bringing many years of experience and passion for Architectural design to Clinics by Design, Meritte manages project plans from initial concept design through to construction. She loves to inspire our clients and bring their visions to life, with passion in creating elegant and efficient design solution, ensuring each project is functional, aesthetic and unique. In her spare time Meritte is a choir leader and loves providing community service.

As an intergral member of the Administration team, Cheryl brings a solutions focused approach to her work.  With a Business Administraion qualification Cheryl’s skills include meticulous data entry, contracts administration, council permit negotiations and office management. When Cheryl is away from her desk she is a mum of three and loves to cook.  

Andrew has been designing Healthcare soluitions for medical, veterinary, dental and allied Healthcare Industry for over 30 years.  His attention to detail and his interest in new technology has his healthcare designs exhibiting creative, innovative, inspiring and practical elements.  Outside designing state of the art Healthcare solutions, Andrew enjoys fine food and travel. 

Heading Clinics by Design’s Finance department for over 12yrs, Nikki brings 25yrs of Financial and Management Accounting experience to her role.    As a qualified Chartered Accountant she brings extensive knowledge in costing, budgeting, reporting, compliance and software integration.Outside of Clinics by Design, Nikki is a mum of three and enjoys cooking, camping, traveling and cheering at her kids soccer matches.

Banjo, the Clinics by Design office dog, proudly serves as one of our official veterinary consultants. With a keen nose for comfort and a love for friendly spaces, he ensures every design passes the “paw-approval test.” Banjo’s mission is simple: creating clinics his furry (and human) friends will love to visit.

Bella, Clinics by Design’s office dog, is on of our resident veterinary consultant focused on comfort and calm. She inspects every space with care, making sure it’s welcoming for all furry visitors. Gentle and attentive, Bella ensures every clinic is cozy, friendly, and “paw-tested” for maximum tail wags and happy visits.

Max’s craftsmanship and attention to detail has him helping to bring Healthcare jobs to life.  His focus on detail and his reliability make Max a valued member of the Clinics by Design Construction team.  Commensing his apprenticeship with Clinics by Design, Max is all too familiar with Helathcare construction.  Outside work, Max likes overseas travel.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Eroll brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies, discovering melbournes diverse food scene and most importantly spending quality time with his family.

For over 13 years Tim has been a valued member of the Clinics by Design team. Starting his career as an apprentice to nowadays leading his team.  Tim’s meticulous workmanship and management abilities has him delivering superior Healthcare projects every time.  When Tim is not on site, he is engaging in home renovations for his young family.  Tim loves his country league football and his family love to watch him play.  

Connor earned his Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture in 2025 and has since joined the family business to gain hands-on experience and develop expertise in the field. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer, snowboarder, and sports enthusiast.

Daniel commenced his apprenticeship with Clinics by Design in 2024.  Dan’s hands on learning in Healthcare construction has him eager to one day lead his own team. When not at work Daniel loves to jet ski and spend time with his family and friends on the water.

As leader of Clinics by Design Construction team for over 10years Rob prides himself on delivering Healthcare projects to the highest standards.  Combining his vast knowledge of Building and Construction, OH&S and Management skills Rob’s attention to detail and superior communication skills has his projects running on time and on budget.  In his down time Rob loves to spend time with his wife and three boys camping and 4x4ing.

Luke has been one of the Clinics by Design team since he started as an apprentice 6 years ago.  Luke’s ability to produce high quality work is a testament to his attention to detail and his love for Building and Construction. In Lukes down time he loves to travel overseas and spend time ‘roughing it’ in the outdoors camping.
