Our simple four-step process is tried and tested and will ensure your dental surgery design surpasses your expectations and is delivered in a timely manner.
If you have a vision or idea for your dental surgery design – or just want to chat about your options, getting in contact with our team is the first step.
Your initial point of contact will be our friendly Project Coordinator, who will gather information about your site, the land size, your requirements for fitout or construction, and any other relevant information.
We’ll then arrange a meeting with our Managing Director who is a registered commercial builder and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Clinics by Design team. Working closely with our in-house designers and architects, we’ll take the time to understand your vision. We will delve into the detail of your project requirements to develop an intelligent blueprint that utilizes every centimeter of your property to its full potential.
Once engaged, the design phase begins. Through a number of meetings with our design team, we will ensure the vision for your dental surgery construction & fitout is understood and can be brought to life.
As part of this step, plans will be drawn up and renders created to help visualise the end result. Colour palettes, furniture designs and product samples will also be used to create your future clinic.
When everyone is in agreement and plans have been signed off, your dental surgery construction and fitout will begin.
This stage will be led by our Project and Site Managers, who have more than 40 years’ experience between them.
We’ll also ensure time is set aside for practice or clinic owners to meet with our Project Managers on-site to see the work being completed and ask questions.
Each stage of construction or dental fitout will fall in-line with a progress payment. This provides both parties confidence that the project is moving along as it should.
The fourth and final stage of our process is handover. After watching your vision come to life, handover day is a time to celebrate and enjoy your new dental fitout.
Upon handover, you will receive a Certificate of Occupancy, as well as complete warranty and instruction manuals to ensure smooth sailing going forwards. We also provide a help service to our clients for the warranty period after the fitout or new build has been completed, so that if any issues or concerns arise, you’re supported.
