Since 1982, Director Neale Cooper has overseen one of Australia’s most trusted building and construction companies. A qualified carpenter and registered builder, Neale’s sound and thorough knowledge of building regulations and reputation for outstanding customer service keeps Clinics by Design at the forefront of design, construction and fitout solutions for all healthcare environments.
Kostas is a registered architect with a postgraduate degree in construction management. As an integral part of the Clinics by Design team Kostas is responsible for overseeing all site works, programming works, and liaising with contractors and clients to ensure outstanding results and a superior client experience.
As a qualified chartered accountant and with over 20 years of managment accounting experience, Nikki brings extensive knowledge in costing, budgeting, reporting and compliance. Nikki oversees all organisation and legislative requirments are satisfied and ensures all projects run to budget.
As a qualified Architect, Meritte brings many years of experience and a real passion for Architectural Design to Clinics by Design. Meritte plans, innovates, develops and implements building designs and she loves to inspire our clients and bring their visions to life. Meritte is passionate in creating elegant and efficient design solutions with health and safety at the forefront. She ensures each project is functional, aesthetic and unique whilst managing the project plans from initial design through to construction.

Rob has been a part of the Clinics by Design team for over ten years, expertly managing our sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standard. With Building & Construction and OH&S qualifications, Rob achieves superior outcomes for all our projects
